"While Joel was pleasant, he is not honest or straight forward when it comes to his business practices. I requested a quote from Mr. Gruber, he obliged quickly and happily. I was pleased with the rate he offered but wanted to speak with my significant other before finalizing anything. Joel let me know that if I were to switch then I would not be billed until June. I ended up deciding to switch from my current carrier, but when it came time to discuss when the first payment was due, Joel pretended as though he did not remember quoting me the first payment in June. I had a screenshot of the message in which he stated saying it and everything. So unfortunately I was not able to take State Farm up on their excellent rate if they are not honest and do not stick to what they initially say. I would have been fine with the first payment being in May, I just don’t appreciate being lied to..."
